The TK30R has two levels of white light power with a duration of almost 9 hours and a strobe flash is also available. The lamp uses a tactical switch with a rotary selector, which can be selected between high or low power and locking. The lamp can be can also be switched directly into strobe mode. The light flux is concentrated into a narrow cone, which means that all the light falls on a specific target, making the flashlight ideal for hunting and illuminating distant targets.
All parameters of the luminaire (luminous flux, battery operating time, waterproofness, afterglow and impact resistance) are measured in accordance with the ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009 standard.

Battery charge status indication – the charge indicator is hidden under the protective nut of the charging connector for tactical reasons, so it is necessary to unscrew the nut to check it. The flashlight always indicates the battery charge level three seconds after switching on. Green indicates a sufficient charge level (100% – 85%), green flashing (85% – 50%), constant red light (50% – 25%) and flashing red indicates a critically discharged battery (25% – 1%). If the battery is discharged, the flashlight will gradually start to automatically switch to lower power modes.
Charging the lamp – Unscrew the protective nut under the head of the lamp and connect it to a computer, a USB mains adapter or a USB car adapter using the included USB-C cable (not included). You can also use any mobile phone charger with a USB-C connector for charging. During charging, the indicator LED opposite the charging connector lights up red, and when fully charged, it lights up green. Charging a fully discharged battery takes about 3.5 hours. The Li-ion battery used does not suffer from a memory effect, so the lamp can be recharged at any time. The lamp cannot be turned on while charging.
Intelligent overheating protection – if the temperature of the lamp rises above 60 °C, it will automatically start to reduce the power in gradual steps.
Warning
- Use only high-quality rechargeable Li-ion batteries of the 21700 type with protective electronics.
- Insert the battery with the positive pole facing the head of the lamp.
- If the protective rubber rings appear damaged after a long period of use, replace them. The rings should also be lubricated to prevent erosion of the rubber. Following these rules will ensure that the lamp is properly protected against water.
- If the light is flashing, not switching to higher power modes, or not turning on, it could be for one of the following reasons:
- The battery is almost empty - charge it or replace it.
- The contacts inside the lamp are dirty - clean them with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.
- The head, body or back of the lamp are loose, tighten them.
