If you have discovered a defect in the goods purchased in the huntio.sk online store, you can easily claim (report) it via this online form, in accordance with Complaints procedure published on huntio.sk.

After submitting the form, we will immediately send you a written confirmation of receipt of the complaint to the e-mail address provided, indicating the deadline for its processing, which may not exceed 30 days from the date of filing the complaint. You can optionally attach photos of the defect to the form.

It is not mandatory to use the form — you can also submit a complaint by e-mail to info@huntio.sk, by phone at +421 903 667766, or in person at magicsport sro, Bezručova 1191/3, 911 01 Trenčín.
