Fenix E35R Rechargeable LED Flashlight – Black

Rechargeable flashlight Fenix E35R offers a luminous flux of up to 3100 lumens (ANSI) and the afterglow 260 meters. Excellent performance was achieved by using modern LED Luminus SST-70. A high-capacity Li-ion battery type is used for power supply. 21700 with 5000 mAh capacity. Its charging is done via USB-C connector on the side of the lamp. The E35R replaces the popular E35 V3.0, but has an additional built-in charging connector and magnetic end cap. The lamp was designed with ease of use and wide applicability in mind. Six light functions allow you to choose between high power and lasting more than two and a half days. There is also a blinding strobe for emergency situations. Fenix E35R is powered by a digitally regulated constant current to ensure constant light output even when the battery voltage decreases (when it is gradually discharged). The lamp is equipped with an ultra-thin collimator, which is made using technologies from the automotive industry. Switching on and switching modes is done with a button ergonomically placed on the side. The magnet in the end is practical, the lamp can be attached to iron objects.

Using the Fenix E35R work light

From the factory, there may be a battery inside the lamp insulating cap. Remove it from the battery before first use.

For turning on or off Hold the side button for approximately 0.5 seconds, the light will always switch to the last selected mode except for the two highest modes (turbo and high). You can switch between power modes at any time during operation by pressing the side button. The strobe can be activated by holding the button for 1.2 seconds (the light must be on). When the button is released, the strobe turns off.

Charging – lift off the rubber cover of the charging connector on the side of the lamp and connect the included cable (USB-C connector), connect the other end of the cable to a computer or a USB adapter to the mains or car. During charging, the indicator LED lights up red. When fully charged, it lights up green. Charging a fully discharged battery takes approx. 3 hours (with 2A power supply). 30, 150 and 350 lumen modes can be used while charging.

Intelligent overheating protection – If the temperature exceeds 60°C, the power will be automatically reduced. As soon as the temperature drops below 60°C, the highest power can be used again.

Battery charge status indication – after a short press of the button (the lamp must be off), the LED indicator in the button is activated. If the indicator diode is green, the battery is charged to more than 85%. Green flashing means 50-85% capacity. If it is red, it is charged to 25-50%. Red flashing means that less than 25% battery capacity remains.

Button lock – if you want to prevent the lamp from being accidentally turned on in the luggage, press the button twice quickly within 0.5 seconds (the lamp must be turned off), the lamp will then flash twice in low mode and cannot be turned on. To unlock, press the button twice quickly again. Unwanted switching on can also be prevented by loosening the lamp body.

Low battery warning – the side button will start flashing red and the lamp will gradually automatically switch to the lowest mode.

Warning

• Do not disassemble the sealed part in the lamp head yourself, as this will void the warranty.
• Use only high-quality 21700 Li-ion batteries to avoid damaging the flashlight, for example due to battery leakage.
• If the protective rubber rings appear damaged after a long period of use, replace them. The rings should also be lubricated to prevent erosion of the rubber. Following these rules will ensure that the lamp is properly protected against water.
• If the light is flickering, not switching to a higher power, or not turning on, it could be for one of the following reasons:
  • The battery is dead, charge it.
  • The contacts inside the lamp are dirty - clean them with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.
  • The lamp body is loose, tighten it.
