Powerful tactical flashlight Fenix TK17 offers a peak luminous flux of up to 3600 lumens (ANSI) and afterglow up to 330 meters. The lamp is powered by one Li-ion battery type 21700 with a capacity of 6000 mAh with USB-C connector and power bank function, so you can also charge your phone or other electronics in an emergency. The battery will provide power up to 60 hours of lighting. A very solid and waterproof design makes this tactical flashlight ideal for harsh outdoor conditions, for professionals, armed forces and for hunting. The Fenix TK17 LED flashlight uses a dual tactical switch, which allows for faster and more reliable control in crisis situations. It can be used, for example, quickly switch directly to strobe mode or to highest performance. The head of the flashlight is equipped with a stainless steel impact rim, which is additionally equipped with three tungsten tips. Therefore, the flashlight can be effectively used to break glass in crisis situations or for self-defense.

All parameters of the luminaire (luminous flux, battery operating time, waterproofness, afterglow and impact resistance) are measured in accordance with the ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009 standard.

Parameters of the Fenix TK17 LED flashlight:

  • A powerful CREE XHP50.3 HD LED with a lifespan of 50,000 hours is used.

    Fenix TK17 flashlight control

From the factory, there may be a battery inside the lamp insulating cap. Remove it from the battery before first use.

To turn on press the larger tactical button located at the end of the flashlight, press the button halfway for instant activation. You can switch between power modes at any time during operation by pressing the secondary toggle button. To switch to flash mode when the flashlight is on, hold the toggle button for approximately 0.5 seconds. To switch the flashlight directly to strobe mode, press and hold the toggle button. BURST mode (3600 lumens) can also be directly activated at any time by holding the main tactical button for 0.5 seconds.

Intelligent overheating protection – Due to the high output of 3600 lumens, the lamp will heat up. If the temperature exceeds 60°C, the power will automatically decrease. As soon as the temperature drops below 60°C, the power will automatically increase again.

Battery charge indication – Turn on the flashlight with any button for less than one second, then the battery charge indicator next to the switch will light up for 3 seconds. If the flashlight remains on for longer, the indicator will not activate. If the indicator diode is green, the battery is charged to more than 85 %. Green flashing means 50-85 % capacity. If it is red, it is charged to 25-50 %. Red flashing means that less than 25 % battery capacity remains.

Low battery warning – the lamp will gradually automatically switch to the lowest power mode, if it is already in the lowest mode, it will flash 3 times every five minutes.

    Charging

    • Remove the battery from the flashlight and connect the USB-C cable to the connector near the positive pole of the battery.

    • During charging, the three blue indicators on the battery will light up gradually. As soon as the three indicators remain lit continuously, the battery is fully charged.

    • The charging time for a fully discharged battery is approximately 4 hours with a 5 V / 2 A USB adapter.

      Warning

      • Use only high-quality 21700 rechargeable batteries with protective electronics.

      • Do not shine the light on flammable objects from close proximity, as this may damage them or cause a fire due to the high temperature!

      • Remove the battery or loosen the terminal to prevent accidental activation during storage or transportation in a closed environment.

      • Keep this lamp out of the reach of children and do not shine it directly into anyone's eyes!

      • Insert the battery with the positive pole facing the head of the lamp.

      • If the protective rubber O-rings appear damaged after a long period of use, replace them. The rings should also be lubricated to prevent erosion of the rubber. Following these rules will ensure that the luminaire is properly protected against water.

      • If the light is flashing, not switching to higher power modes, or not turning on, it could be for one of the following reasons:

        • The battery is discharged - charge or replace it.

        • The contacts inside the lamp are dirty - clean them with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.

        • The head, body or back of the lamp are loose, tighten them.
